We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced applicants for the position of:


Key Responsibilities:

-Create and Manage Purchase Orders

-Validate and Purchase Requisitions

-Resolve Administrative issues related to PO (1st level of escalation)

-Support Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and request for Quotation (RFP) in e-procurement tool

-Support in the resolution of PO related invoice issue

-Monitor supplier performance

-Support preparation of supplier's negotiations

-Create monthly reports on supplier KPI's and Procurement KPI's


-Degree in Business Studies, Industrial Engineering, Commerce or equivalent

-At least 2 years working experience in the related field

-Relevant experience in Shared Services or BPO is ideal.

-However, relevant experience in manufacturing environment will also be considered.

-Understanding of business processes, technical and operational expertise

-Strong proficiency in English is a must

-Finance graduates with experience in Inventory management or Accounts Payable will also be considered
