We are seeking applications for an experienced Maximo and Configuration Officer to join our brand-new Maintenance Facility Centre in Wulkuraka, Ipswich. The successful candidate will ultimately be responsible for providing assistance to the maintenance team for all matters in relation to the asset management system, in this case Maximo.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Provide support for all Maximo, Planning and Configuration issues.
- Produce and input job plans in Maximo, as well as other activities under the maintenance plan for fleet, depot assets and simulator.
- Generate preventative and corrective maintenance plans based on the total maintenance plan (TMP).
- Identify opportunities for, and work within a continuous improvement culture and mindset.
- Produce reports and KPIs for the maintenance team to identify trends and issues with the fleet, reporting on performance and financial data, fleet configuration status, and data for customer reporting purposes.
- Conduct training, both initial and refresher training for all staff.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Engineering degree or relevant trade qualifications preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in fleet maintenance or asset management.
- Practical experience of Maximo, or another CMMS.
- Ability to write reports in SQL or Visual Basic desirable.
- Experience in planning or scheduling role.
