Procurement & Inventory Clerk-TAME-CATO01468096

Based on Toronto, Ontario yOu will be responsible for insure a systematic re-supplying of stock and, to that end, coordinate needs with the Procurement team to establish delivery schedules, following purchasing procedures as outlined.

In your role you will:

Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other issues

Initiate purchase orders and amendments for parts, services or special tools

Response to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.

Prepare, maintain and review purchasing documents, files, and reports

Track the status of requisitions, purchase orders, repairs and warranties

Identify and advise supervisor of procedure revisions as needed.

Other tasks as assigned.


As our ideal candidate:

You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

You possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field;

You are proficient with MS Office Package;

You are able to communicate successfully with a variety of disciplines and levels, both internally and externally;

Your English communication skills are excellent.

The successful incumbent will be required to travel between sites.
