We are currently looking to recruit for our site Siegen an ambitious Coordinator Procurement Management Office (m/f).

Your tasks

- Development and improvement of the procurement tool landscape (SAP, VCM BI, SMIS, Share Point, Supplier Portal etc.) in cooperation with Group for all Rolling Stock Equipment sites
- Implementation of standardized solutions (such as Supplier Portal) in cooperation with Group for all Rolling Stock Equipment sites
- Support in process analyses, implementation, standardization and optimization of procurement processes as well as accompanying these processes in all Rolling Stock Equipment sites
- Conduct process trainings for all procurement employees
- Support of the procurement organization in tasks which require analysis, reporting and assessment of various information and data
- Support in the preparation and coordination of presentations for various internal reviews including follow-up of related actions
- Assistance in the preparation of internal and external audits


- Successful completed commercial or technical apprenticeship or comparable
- additional 1-year professional training (procurement expert) or similar
- distinctive experience in procurement and/or logistics function of industrial enterprise
- ideally first experience in process analyses, audits and with procurement tools
- systematic and analytic way of thinking and working
- strong communication skills, ability to integrate and work in teams as well as flexibility
- ability to communicate in English language, German appreciated
- very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially MS Excel
