Based in St. Bruno, Quebec, you will provide state-of-the-art Project Management know-how centres, providing standards, solutions and support to Project Teams as well as enabling people development and governance to projects and portfolios throughout their division.

You also will support the Head of PMO to lead and organize the activities to continuously improve the performance of the AME Project Management (PM) organization. You will provide the governance framework for the analysis of performance, the definition and execution of action plans and the validation of the improvement impact.

In your role you will:

- Collect weekly reports for cash-in payments and drive CASH-in review meetings. Same responsibilities for transfer of Property updates and review meetings;
- Support Region/Business governance - Project Reporting, Gate Reviews;
- Participate in audits as an auditor;
- Attend audit wrap ups;
- Support close out of follow up actions;
- Execution dashboard: Collect info from projects, validate data, define action plans;
- Develop and maintain the framework for management of process performance in AME Project Management (Ensure link of KPIs to overall AME and BT Business performance, via interface with GPM);
- Manage the KPI dashboards of AME - PM, its integration with dashboards on AME and BT level and the related review processes;
- Review business cases and their impact on AME business performance;
- Verify performance improvement after implementation;
- Coordinate the development of improvement plans, their consolidation and alignment with other AME and BT plans;
- Challenge the plans for addressing of root causes, feasibility, completeness and sustainability of improvements;
- Track the progress of the plans and verify the transformation impact;
- Report on progress and impact of the improvement initiatives to the defined channels in AME and BT;
- Be an expert in PM processes;
- Raise business requests for new processes to Group PM from own Region/Business;
- Propose improvements, updates to existing processes;
- Active support in development of new generic standard processes;
- Develop divisional supplements to generic processes where required by business;
- Drive processes throughout organization;
- Facilitate workshops (Risk & Opportunity, Lessons Learned, Project Improvement Management PIM);
- Assist/validate process implementation assessments;
- Support Project Launches by setting up processes including divisional specifics, templates and procedures.


As our ideal candidate:

- You hold a bachelor degree in related field of activities;
- You have minimum five (5) years of experience post graduate;
- You have minimum two (2) years of leadership experience;
- You own working experience either in Project Management, Bids, Sales, Contracts and Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Operations or Finance;
- Your international working experience would considered as an asset;
- You have sound knowledge of Project Management processes;
- You own sound knowledge in Project Management tool handling (Project Portfolio Reporting System (PPRS), Risk and Opportunity Portfolio (ROP) etc.);
- You have initiative and leadership skills;
- Your English and French communications skills are excellent both written and spoken;
- Your knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is an additional asset.
