HRIS Analyst(m/f)

For our site in Berlin, within our Center of Expertise Business Unit, we are currently looking to recruit an HRIS Analyst(m/f).

Responsibilities & challenges

- Conduct ongoing gap analysis between organizational needs and system configuration

- Execute/monitor the system configuration, testing and associated change management

- Take an active role in setting the HR framework and project governance

- Encourage and drive standardization within the HR processes, while maintaining the efficient, flawless and high quality

- Establish application ownership responsible for the optimal and consistent use of the HRIS applications within the user community

- Act as key contact with regards to HRIS systems to both internal users and external stakeholders

- Establish and monitor standard process for user support and authorizations, documentation and training, change request, access and incident management

- Assume full ownership of global incidents and on-going business continuity, in any event


- A University level degree (or equivalent) coupled with a post graduate qualification highly desirable, though not essential

- 3 years of relevant working experience with a relevant HR System

- Strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors Talent and / or Learning modules

- Successful case management and experience in implementation of a global HR / talent / performance / compensation system

- Ability to evaluate and specify business requirements and translate them into technical changes

- Expertise in configuration of systems to meet changing business needs

- Proficiency in English. German language knowledge is a major plus
