We have an immediate opening for the Parts Sales Solution Specialist reporting to the Director Customer Services - Parts Sales & Component Programs. The position is located in the GCC building in Ville St-Laurent. The successful candidate will have responsibility for creating and analyzing sales initiatives, identifying new sales opportunities for the account management team support the sales quotes team and support other customer services initiatives.

In your role, you will:

- Provide business analysis to support commercial leadership in developing strategies to promote revenue/market share growth and established and monitored performance and market trends
- Building and maintaining models to measure and analyze key metrics for the sales and repair organization
- Help drive the company's sales growth by identifying the areas in which the company needs to both expand and improve
- Partner with the Finance Team on worldwide sales budget forecasting, accruals and invoicing to ensure budget stays within quarterly limits
- Conduct revenue forecasts and pipeline analyses on a weekly basis
- Support in the development and manage the departmental budget
- Analyze the performance of the quotes team conversation ratios to drive process improvements
- Challenge the status quo and introduce innovative ways to improve the sales and quotes teams ability to increase revenues
- Review metrics that will help manage individual performance and drive accountability throughout the sales and customer services teams


As our ideal candidate,

The successful candidate will need to be a proven and effective leader who is/has:

- Innovative in approach in order to discover and develop the benefits of new technologies and processes.
- The ability to form relationships with internal departments, vendors and customers and possesses significant experience in managing change.
- A strong team-oriented individual with good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills including cross-functional teamwork abilities.
- From a strong Customer Service background, and have sound knowledge of Bombardier's systems. Knowledge of external partners is preferable.
- Analytical, creative and possesses problem-solving skills.
- Minimum ten years' experience in the aerospace industry or sales analytics
- Strong Financial background.
- BCom, with Business admin and Finance focus
