In your role, you will:

- Provide strategic leadership with respect to order book management, inclusive of managing the overall workflow and order administration of a Customer Account Services Team, in conjunction with Company policies, procedures and standard processes.
- Engage in pro-active customer contact, displaying personal care and concern for customer's operations.
- Ensure the relevant administrative support is provided to all Customers with particular emphasis on all aspects of the order process, including: Quotations, MRA's, Accounts Receivable issues and back order management.
- Produce weekly and monthly Governance to measure overall performance of the customer's account.
- Participate in Customer QRT calls and Dashboard reviews
- Lead and participate in on-site Customer meetings and Regional reviews and other events as required.
- Understand and ensure Customer contractual commitments are being met.
- Exercise sound judgment in escalating issues as required.


As our ideal candidate,

- You have a Bachelors's degree (Business preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a customer service role. Experience in the manufacturing industry and an understanding of aircraft aftermarket and business processes is preferred.
- You possess strong organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast pace and demanding environment.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language are required. Second language skills, in particular, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese would be considered assets.
- You demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to build strong teams.
- You have good analytical and financial acumen. Good computer skills required to operate word processing spreadsheet and presentation software. (MS office suite, Lotus Notes, SAP).
- You possess strong & comprehensive knowledge of Bombardier Aircraft systems, manuals & drawings is preferred. Some travel and shift work will be required.
