We are currently looking to recruit for a Sales Tool Expert (m/f)

at our location in Berlin

The incumbent of this position is the owner of the main Salestool Salesforce.com from a business management perspective and the key interface manager for the Sales Community, IS/IT and external development partners.

YOUR TASKS

Develop Salesforce in line with strategic direction:

- Lead the evolution of the core Sales Tools Salesforce.com.

- Ensure standardization of usage and adherence to BT processes

- Manage new releases with enhanced functionality

Workpackage Management:

- Manage external development partners together with IS/IT

- Lead the interface to IS/IT for all Sales Tools and other functional tools with a Sales involvement (e.g. Project Management, Finance, Engineering)

Sales Reporting:

- Define standard reports and dashboards for usage in pipeline management and ecosystem management

- Support regional Sales PMO network in Report creation

- Perform data integrity checks and build data quality dashboards

Key User and Training

- Act as Global Salesforce Key user and point of contact for all functions / BT entities

- Lead training and development activities

Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in engineering/ finance/ legal
- 2-4 years work experience
- Intermediate business intelligence and planning skills
- Intermediate level in strategic sales skills, contractual & legal knowledge, cultural awareness, negotiation skills and railway technology/knowledge
- Experience in a business development, sales, marketing, project management or engineering role working for a heavy manufacturing organization; international experience would be an asset Ability to speak and write business level English
