Advisor, Strategy and Brand, Marketing-MON14396

In your role, you will:

- Manage a portfolio of aftermarket Services by:
- Creating and implementing a strategic marketing plan to support new services or product offerings.
- Prioritizing Services' sales objectives according to growth opportunities
- Liaising with a wide matrix of business units
- Communicating, aligning and updating internal and external project specific stakeholders
- Developing and disseminating marketing material: videos, brochures, factsheets, print and digital advertising campaigns, signage, direct mail pieces, etc.
- Optimizing the mix of communication channels for the above mentioned material
- Suggesting innovative solutions to communicate with the industry's core audience
- Working closely with the new aircraft Brand Managers to best leverage knowledge and visual assets
- Allocating and monitoring budget according to the set plan

- Lead the governance for major marketing projects through:
- Rigorous project management
- Regular meetings with different management levels of the Marketing and Customer Experience organizations
- Pro-active follow-ups with stakeholders

- Support the broader Marketing activities which include:
- Providing branding guidance for industry events (invitations, show booth, videos, etc.)
- Collaborating with the Bombardier Business Aircraft Internal and External (PR) communication teams for ad hoc announcements
- Working hand-in-hand with the digital team for online and social medias campaigns

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You hold an undergraduate diploma in business, marketing, or in a related field.
- You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications.
- Self-sufficient, you are detail-oriented and have a strategic mind
- You demonstrate strong problem solving skills
- You respect timelines and are able to manage many projects, while remaining calm in a fast-paced environment
- You bring creativity, passion and enthusiasm to your work and can motivate a team to generate results
- You are able to set clear targets while tracking and reporting on progress
- You like challenges and demonstrate initiative and creativity
- You are eager to learn and develop yourself
- You enjoy teamwork and like to establish good interpersonal relationships
- You are very proficient in French and English, spoken and written
- Knowledge of the aerospace or automotive industry is an asset
