In your role, you will:

- Be responsible to qualify and maintain training devices to all national and international regulatory standards necessary for support of our aircraft customer base.
- Be responsible to maintain training devices to operational readiness and fidelity in accordance with established World Class targets.
- Be responsible to provide training devices that are accurate and current with the production configuration of aircraft entering service.
- Ensure that all training devices and other training delivery systems make effective use of technology and represents value to the customer.
- Be responsible for conducting PMP / PDP of your team.


As our ideal candidate,

- You have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering and a minimum of eleven (11) years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry.
- You have demonstrate sufficient knowledge in advanced simulation equipment and computational system environments.
- Knowledge of simulator certification requirements and experience in dealing with certification authorities is an asset.
- Strong experience in project management, as well as past experience in Engineering, Operations, Customer support is considered an asset.
- You have demonstrate skills in providing technical and administrative direction to less experienced professionals. You can demonstrate ability to work unsupervised.
