YOUR ROLE

The incumbent of this position is managing the global Order Intake, Advances and Bonding Profile for BT. He / She is managing multiple interfaces between the Ecosystem Clusters, the Delivery Regions and the Product Units and Finance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Scenario Management:

- Provide short term, mid term and long term order intake and advances scenarios

- Performance analysis per Product Engine and Ecosystem Cluster

- Follow-up adherence to Budget and Strat Plan Targets

Ecosystem Analysis:

- Perform global benchmarking exercise for Sales and Bid Cost versus Order Intake

Sales Support and Governance:

- Support the sales and bid teams with market and competitor data to ensure best in class capture planning and opportunity management as well as input to the post mortem process and lessons learned

Qualifications

Your Qualifications

Education

- MBA, MSc Engineering, Legal or Finance

- Analytical skills

Relevant experience required

- 3-4 years work experience

- Intermediate business intelligence and planning skills

- Intermediate level in strategic sales skills, contractual & legal knowledge, cultural awareness, negotiation skills and railway technology/knowledge

- Experience in a business development, sales, marketing, project management or engineering role working for a heavy manufacturing organization; international experience would be an asset
