We're looking for a world class Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Centre of Expertise Talent Acquisition team. You will have a sophisticated awareness of the impact of environment on business strategies and how external factors affect choices. Our business has some complexity and the ability to make causal links and analyse relationships to anticipate possible obstacles will be crucial in navigating a positive way forward. Curiosity is king in what we do and we have a simmering entrepreneurial spirit within the team - we are encouraged to create value in everything we do. It's what makes us good.

A passion for Executive Search across diverse and sometimes obscure talent communities is crucial of the role holder. To be comfortable working within the C-suite environment is a given and to have the networking reach across multiple geographies and industries allows the Centre of Expertise to deliver exceptional talent in a timeframe acceptable to our demanding Business Leaders. To take ownership for self-development and acquire new knowledge that can be incorporated into the operating model and new engaging approaches to talent mapping are highly desirable.

There is an expectation from our stakeholders to bring smart innovation to the table. Each member of the team contributes to an environment that is conducive to the generation of new ideas by challenging established structures. An obsessiveness to conceptualise ideas and -road test' them is a given in this team.
