In your role, you will:

- Be responsible for providing engineering support to the production operations at the St-Laurent Assembly Business Unit (Challenger, CRJ, CSeries, Global & Airbus) during the day shift and interact with various engineering departments in a schedule driven environment.
- Design, analyze and disposition repairs for structural non-conformance reports (NCR) in a timely manner to restore design integrity for aircraft in production and to meet the Type Design requirements.
- Participate in producing Production Standard Repairs (PSR) for minor repetitive/typical non-conformances in given BA platform in order to ease the production operations.


As our ideal candidate,

- You possess a university degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- You have three (3) years or more MRB experience in the Aerospace field (preferably Airframe) or five (5) years in Design role (Airframe and Systems);
- You possess MRB (Material Review Board) work experience (preferred candidate);
- Proficient computer skills including Catia V4/V5, Microsoft Project, and SAP;
- This position requires energetic people with good communication skills, who are willing to accept responsibilities in a team working environment;
- You must also be a person with initiative, strong sense of responsibility and good engineering judgment;
- Bilingualism would be an asset.
