We are currently looking to recruit for a Sales Project Manager Officer Europe (m/f)
at our location in Berlin

The incumbent of this position is the front end of our business process - from Business Development, Sales & Marketing, to order intake including lessons learnt. The incumbent is the business partner for the regional ecosystem cluster leaders for all Sales PMO activities.

YOUR TASKS

Sales Governance:
- Lead the regional sales governance calendar (Approval meetings, Pipeline Reviews, etc.) and adherence to governance directives
- Ensure on time approval meetings and track pipeline health versus approval status
- Follow-up review actions and ensure on time action closure
- Point of contact for Global Businesses, Regions and Product Engine

Sales Support:
- Support the sales and bid teams with market and competitor data to ensure best in class capture planning and opportunity management
- Conduct capture planning workshops for strategic opportunities
- Conduct lessons learned and post mortem analysis

Budget and Strat Plan:
- Lead the Order Intake and Advances planning for Budget and Strat Plan
- Follow-up order intake handshake with internal stakeholders (finance, ROQ, RCS, etc.) and Budget adherence to Sales targets
- Follow up budget and Strat Plan Targets with Actuals and Forecast on a weekly basis

Sales Tools and Processes
- Regional Key User for Salesforce and other Sales Tools
- Lead training and development activities

Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, Finance or Legal
- 2-4 years work experience
- Intermediate business intelligence and planning skills
- Intermediate level in strategic sales skills, contractual & legal knowledge, cultural awareness, negotiation skills and railway technology/knowledge
- Experience in a business development, sales, marketing, project management or engineering role working for a heavy manufacturing organization; international experience would be an asset
- Analytical skills
- Fluency in English; German- would be beneficial
