Do you want to take an active role in shaping the future of business aircraft customer services? Join the team that leads the industry in customer and market insight. With your help, we will develop and champion highly effective products, and market and sales strategies that will secure Bombardier's leadership in the Business Aviation aftermarket.

In your role, you will:

- Create market forecasts and define market capture and potential for Services offerings and aftermarket products
- Establish Cross-Unit Pricing Strategies for growing sales across Training, Parts, Service and Modifications
- Collect and share competitive insights on ASFs, Part Resellers and OEMs and recommend strategies to increase market share
- Analyze Customer Services segments' needs, data and profitability
- Support Services strategy development
- Propose new markets to develop and new offerings in existing markets that would address segment needs
- Collect and analyze fleet data, industry information, and customer profiles and create recommended strategies to grow our market share and profitability
- Work with the Customer Service and Business Aircraft Leadership team to help make decisions that shape the business
- Link with the new aircraft business development team to align customer services with business aircraft segment strategies

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have ten years of experience in marketing, business development, and/or strategic planning, for the corporate jet or airline industries
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or field related to airline industry
- You hold an MBA or Master's degree, a definite asset
- You have strong leadership skills
- You have thorough understanding of corporate jet and aircraft aftermarket industry strategies and trends
- You have a proficient application of analytics, modeling tools, statistical techniques and segmentation/marketing strategies
- You have excellent presentation and public speaking skills and presence.
- You demonstrate strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel);
- You master the English language (spoken & written) - Additional languages an asset
