In your role, you will:

- Lead Projects within the Operations organization in Toronto in accordance with various elements of project or program decisions which impact the Final Line activities and schedule.
- Lead & facilitate Project governance, integration, communication, evaluation and execution reviews.
- Prepare necessary documentation and/or presentations to accelerate decision making process.
- Ensure that all aspect of the projects are properly documented, tracked and all required actions are completed.
- Maintain and update Integrated Master Plan in Toronto
- Be responsible to coordinate the weekly reporting of activities, deliverables and risks.
- Provide support to Program/Project Focals, Business Analysts and Change Agents supporting Operations

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. PMI designation is a plus.
- You have 5+ years of experience with multidisciplinary team in heavy manufacturing industry
- Program and/or project management is essential
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience and asset
- Experience in an Aerospace environment is an asset
- You are able to demonstrate excellent Teamwork, Customer orientation, leadership and innovation
- You have the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- You have strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- You have a logical and flexible mindset, show initiative and demonstrate overview/detailed approaches.
- You have advanced computer/data analysis/presentation skills
- You have superior skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
- You have the ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
- You have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Some activities will require work outside of normal business hours and/or alternate shifts
