Based in Kanona, New York you will develop schedules to support overall manufacturing requirements. You will asses schedule risks and opportunities and will feed information to Program Managers, Purchasing, Lead Engineers, Manufacturing, Production/Materials Planning, Site Manger and others concerning overall master plan for achieving customer requirements based on program commitments.

In your role you will:

- Develop detailed execution plans, using critical path analysis, to support budget, production plan, inventory and build policies.
- Develop and maintain manpower plans for each work center. Establish plant wide manpower forecasts based upon the strategic plan and the master schedule.
- Identify schedule deviations and develop recovery plans. Build alternation plans from various hypothetical scenario requests from management.
- Establish shop capacity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.


As our ideal candidate:

- You hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field highly preferred. Advanced experience and qualified training will be considered;
- You possess three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility;
- Your English communications skills are excellent both written and spoken.
- Your French communications skills are intermediate both written and spoken.
