In your role, you will:

- Be the main focal in regards to cost and budget tracking for specific work package, liaising with most support functions and some external suppliers as well as our Bombardier Manufacturing Center in Mexico;
- Track progress on project plans and/or work-package program schedule, critical path and implementation activities to achieve key milestones;
- Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly financial and/or project governances;
- Participate in the Program Changes Request's analysis (technical, financial and schedule);
- Define, collect and analyze data associated to program KPI definition & Monitor Program KPI;
- Track and follow-up on action related to Program management functions.


As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a University degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Project Administration);
- You have five to eight years of experience in the aerospace industry;
- Holding a PMI/PMP certification is an asset;
- You have good knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes: logistics, tooling, methods, etc.;
- You have good knowledge of program and projects scheduling management and implementation, and critical path identification;
- You have excellent Communication skills: verbal and written, in both English and French;
- You have good knowledge of the change management process;
- You have good understanding of financial basics and differences between direct/indirect cost and recurring/non-recurring costs;
- You have excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office suite with knowledge of data base management, scheduling and spreadsheets.
