In your role, you will:

- Coordinate the efforts of a multidisciplinary team of experts as part of a major manufacturing transfer project. The team led by the candidate will be called upon to define, support and supervise the project for the success and competitiveness of the business unit. It must carry out the project on the basis of the business plan, according to the project plan drawn up and this until the project closes and confirmation of the realization of the benefits estimated in the project.
- Guide the team and execute the project on schedule, within the established budget;
- Work in conjunction with various departments (Engineering, Methods, Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, Quality and Finance) and various Bombardier Business Units and Business Partners;
- Coordinate and actively participate in the manufacturing integration of the transfer plan;
- Create reports to present progress and important events and to monitor actions and deliverables based on project objectives;
- Follow-up on the various steps leading to the production and delivery of new parts related to the project;
- Monitor, control and report on a monthly basis all aspects of the project in accordance with business unit requirements and KPI 's key performance indicators related to schedule and program;
- Develop and implement action plans to improve project outcomes beyond budgets;
- Responsible for applying the key project management processes (WBS, DPS, project launch, project plan, risks and opportunities, project changes, project improvement) and their related tools for implementation and is responsible for their strict and effective applications

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration;
- You have five (5) to seven (7) years' experience in the manufacturing environment, ideally specialized in manufacturing;
- You have experience in large project management is required;
- You have leadership and you have a passion for excellence;
- You are a team player, a good communicator and facilitator;
- You demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft suite software; Knowledge of MS Project will be considered an asset;
- You demonstrate fluency in English and French (oral and written) is mandatory. Fluency in Spanish will be considered an asset;
- You have a good knowledge of processes related to material logistics, engineering and production / manufacturing;
- You have a qualification recognized by the Program Management Institute (PMI) - an asset
