Internship in Contracts & Legal Affairs Department-TGGO-DEBQ01354682

We are currently looking to recruit an intern or a trainee for our Legal department,

for a minimum of 4 to 6 months, with studies in Business Law,

Commercial or International Law.

Your tasks

- Advice on legal issues, in particular in the areas of corporate law, real estate law, contract law

- Drafting and review of national and international contracts with customers or suppliers

- Support Senior Legal Counsels to provide tender documentation and doing legal searches

- Drafting and execution of legal documents (guarantees, shareholders' resolutions, agreements)

- Preparation of reports within the scope of various governance processes

- Preparation and support for the Board of Directors/Supervisory Board meetings


- In-depth knowledge of one or more of the above legal areas
- Interest in the rail industry;
- Understandings in the technical and economical coherences
- High commitment and self-reliance;
- Communicative, team-oriented and resilient personality;

At least two years of study at the beginning of the internship are required. Good English knowledge is mandatory

Your possible starting dates: from July/August 2017.

For the duration of the internship you will receive a monthly compensation.
