Job Description

Recruiting Department handles all internal and external hiring for the Spartanburg Plant. We are involved with the
full life cycle of the recruiting process from requisition and job publishing through on-boarding.

The intern's responsibilities will include the following:

Domestic Student Program...
- Review of requisitions from departments to prepare to post
- Posting requisitions to various external and school websites
- Screening of applicants
- Assist with onsite interview day
- Support students and departments with weekly program activities
- Coordination of roundtables with all students on a monthly basis
- Preparation for recruiting fairs
- E-Recruiting administration
- Marketing for printing and fair items

International Student Program...
- Review of requisitions from departments to prepare to post
- Posting requisitions
- Screening of applicants
- On-boarding
- Support students and departments with weekly program activities
- E-Recruiting administration
- Weekly / Monthly Reports
- New Hire Orientation
- End of term Appreciation Presentation preparation

The majority of the work is at the plant but some overnight travel may be required to attend job fairs.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Have full time status at an accredited four year college or university in the United States
Pursuing a BS or Graduate Degree as indicated
Have completed three semesters towards that degree by the start of the work term
Able to complete 3 rotating terms for co-op positions
Have at least 1 remaining term in school after the completion of the co-op or internship
Transfer students must have a GPA from current university
Enrolled with the university co-op or career services office
Complete and pass a pre-placement physical and substance abuse test before the work term
U.S. citizen or permanent resident

- Excellent Communication skills
- Detailed Oriented
- Experienced with Microsoft Office
- German language - desired
