Job Description

Blue Q - Manager of Customer Service

Do you have strong experience in a fast-moving Customer Service department? Working on a sophisticated technology platform? Helping lead an amazing team, with a sense of humor and a nurturing touch? Blue Q's looking for another rock star in its solar system and maybe it's you.

Position runs the gamut: routing orders "through the system", interacting with all the different departments involved, working with retailers and sales reps, building Blue Q customer loyalty, spreading the gospel, collaborating on technical system enhancements, etc. Plus being part of BQ team, where everyone's a leader. Resilient sense of humor important. Must be genuinely interested in people. Previous customer service management experience required. Previous ERP system experience a plus. Must have great communication skills on par with great computer dexterity. Very good benefits, inspiring colleagues, fab, fast-paced work environment!
