Job Description

SAP/ERP Technology recruiter is required ASAP!

This is a dual faceted role FROM HOME delivering to a rapidly expanding customer client and sourcing specialist niche permanent skills in the local market.

The successful person in these roles will be tasked with sourcing the very best local resources. We will specifically require individuals who are already connected in this space in local markets or have the ability/tenacity to map the local market accordingly and create a pipeline of very strong candidates which will in turn drive the success of our business worldwide. Note that beyond the initial and ongoing delivery roles there are very realistic career opportunities for office and team managers/directors and pre-sales/new business managers helping us to expand the brand.

  • The core task is to deliver 2-3 minimum placements to our customer per month (ideally 4-5) by researching and uncovering the best local niche technology talent/most likely headhunting from competitors and using market mapping techniques
  • Secondary task is to assist in new business development

The initial requirement is listed below:

Based from home, the successful candidate should have proven experience at market mapping/networking/uncovering/poaching the best candidates in the market who will then be joining a market leading award-winning Technology leader.

Essential previous experience must include:

  • Proven track record in sourcing niche tech candidates/headhunting techniques/market mapping etc
  • 2-3 years IT recruitment experience, preferably within the SAP sector
  • Good level of IT literacy - ability to qualify and differentiate the strong candidates from the people who simply talk the talk
  • You will be predominantly working on one major client account so business development is limited in this role - however you should be prepared to help develop the portfolio at any given legitimate business opportunity and may also be targeted on new business client meetings so should have the ability to book meetings with potential new clients
  • MUST be able to work under own steam and on own initiative, be able think outside the box and be an excellent networker

Desirable skills

  • Very strong track record in placing 2-3 permanent candidate per month
  • Proven experience as a technology headhunter
  • Ideally should have SAP experience or knowledge of SAP
