Overview:Biogen Neurology Commercial Sales is looking to recruit proven sales achievers with at least three years of experience in specialty pharma, hospital, biotech and/or B2B sales.In this field based, Biotech sales position you will be called upon to sell our Neurology MS Franchise products- Tysabri, Tecfidera, Avonex, Plegridy & Zinbryta with key stakeholders in the Multiple Sclerosis community: including MS Specialists, General Neurologists, Infusion Accounts, Specialty Pharmacies and Local MS chapters.

Responsibilities:The Territory Business Manager is responsible for developing plans for their business territory and successfully executing on these plans in order to bring the greatest benefit to the greatest number of MS patients. In this role, you will convey complex clinical and reimbursement information to customers and key stakeholders so that all appropriate patients can benefit from therapy. You must be able to utilize strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships of trust that allow for directed probing to uncover the customer's needs and develop solutions within the Biogen framework that meet these needs. This position works closely with cross functional peers to ensure that the Biogen suite of services is made available as needed.Geography and Key Accounts:The Santa Barbara territory covers the areas of North Los Angeles from Glendale to Templeton. Significant territory business influence comes from MS centers in key healthcare system accounts: Sansum Clinic and the Northridge area. Optimal location for candidate is Ventura to the Southern tip of territory. Understanding of and ability to work integrated delivery systems and the ability to influence key decision makers is a plus.

Qualifications:-Minimum 3+ years B2B and/or pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience required.-Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders as well as competitively motivated to produce results.-Proven track record of success as demonstrated by consistent high ranking (top 30%) over 3 years (+), achievement awards, etc.-Proven ability to drive results in a difficult, competitive market with a high level of access and reimbursement experience-Documented experience working in a collaborative team setting -Customer and patient focused and able to drive for results -BS/BA preferred, MBA a plus
