Job Description

Description and Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Salesforce.com contact management intern will perform routine maintenance of customer contact information stored in Salesforce.com to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Utilize software tools to identify customers with incomplete or inaccurate contact information
* Interface with customers, field personnel to complete and/ or correct customer contact information
* Report on levels of completeness and accuracy over time; track progress

Qualifications

Training and Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Must be currently enrolled in an accredited degree program.

Experience:

* Call center experience preferred but not required
* Customer service background is highly desirable.

Skills: The following skills are required:

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Familiarity with DOMO preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Should be able to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
