Job Description

BioFire Diagnostics, LLC. is looking for an intern to join our Program Management team. The Program Management Intern serves in a support role to Program Managers (PMs) within the department. Program Management Intern assists PMs by performing administrative tasks, taking meeting minutes, creating presentations, and performing basic follow-up. Program Management Intern supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc.

Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Attend meetings and take minutes, record action items and key decisions.
* Plan and organize various department events.
* Track department spending on purchase card, and submit expense report monthly.
* Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans and scheduled milestones.
* Analyze relevant project information with PMs (e.g., project status, issues impacting the project, etc.).
* Assist Program Managers in completing appropriate documentation at project close.
* Independently manages small, low complexity projects.

Qualifications

Training and Education: Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate program, preferably in a science or business related discipline. No experience required.
