Description: The
Bimbo Bakeries USA Marketing Internship program affords students a remarkable
opportunity to participate in fast-paced real world projects designed to
further develop strategic project management, analytical problem solving, and
managerial leadership skills. Mentors will be designated to guide Intern
project work in each area. Marketing Interns support Bimbo Bakeries in the
development and execution of marketing plans.Primary responsibilities:Support Brand /Shopper/Innovation Manager in day-to-day, cross
functional meetings and communication with Sales, Operations and outside
agencies about marketing programs.Support Marketing Team in Key 2019/2020 Product Initiatives.Work closely with Brand Team to align messaging and creative with
the strategic brand positioning.Participate and help coordinate the implementation of online
consumer promotion efforts, including monthly Social Media Calendars, Website
and e mail consumer communications.Monitor and report on program results creating Excel, Word or PPT
documents making recommendations for future promotions.Competitive tracking for traditional
media & reporting out to TeamMarket Audits, Market Sample and
Inspiration Safari, Competitive AnalysisCompiling weekly Consumer feedback by
bakerySupport Brand Manager on miscellaneous
projects including presentation preparation, coordination of sampling,
premiums, trade shows, etc. Position Requirements: Currently
enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree Program in Marketing, Communications or
other related majorStrong
verbal and written communication skills. Candidate should be capable of
initiating and maintaining strong interpersonal relationshipsDemonstrated
analytical skills with ability to generate business insights from diverse
data sourcesAbility
to organize and prioritize work, juggle several projects at once.Self-motivation
