Job Description


These positions are in a variety of dynamic and profitable dealerships including import, luxury and domestic brands across the country. * Manage and generate income by overseeing sales professionals on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis
* Accurately record the sale, profit and commissions payable on all sold units
* Ensure proper billing of all new and pre-owned car deals
* Bill all new/pre-owned car deals and post into accounting and to sales log
* Process and submit rebates, warranties, warranty cancellations and the daily corporate report
* Additional duties include maintaining vehicle inventory and providing administrative support to management, other departments and employees as needed
* Processes and generates financial data for all dealership departments, which together represent the accurate financial condition of the business
* Provides accurate reporting to the dealer/general manager and is responsible for accounting office and administrative functions
* Prepares a complete financial statement monthly according to dealership guidelines and the manufacturer's format and time frame.
* Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by management and/or dealer principal
* stays abreast of current factory incentives and codes deliveries on dealership computer system accordingly
* Ensures compliance with all government regulations
* Participates in the preparation of short- and long-term forecasts


Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):

* Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
* 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training preferred
* Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
* Must be experienced and familiar with all aspects of automotive retail dealerships; especially in the administrative and accounting departments
* Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
* Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook)
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment with the ability to lead and influence others in a fast paced environment
* Consistent and stable work history
* Professional appearance and work ethic
* Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
* All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
