Job Description

ACT Team Leader Full-time position: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Leader provides clinical and administrative supervision to ACT staff and provides clinical resource to ACT clients. Qualifications: Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling from an accredited university. Supervisory experience in mental health team approach setting required. Must have previous direct services experience in case management/counseling and service provision for people with psychiatric disabilities, histories of substance abuse and/or trauma. Residential Educators Part-time position. 21 hours per week, one overnight 9 pm - 9 am and one 7 hour shift, 2:30-9:30 pm and attends scheduled staff meetings. Per diem position. Awake overnights, 9 pm - 9 am. Provide supervision of residents' habilitation programs structures therapeutic milieu within the residence, training in skills of daily living, monitors medication distribution, provides case management activities, facilitates community integration and participates in the provision of crisis care to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in human services field and a minimum of two years related work experience.
