Job Description

We are recruiting Interns for the summer of 2020 in Chicago. This is a 10-12 week internship working full-time Monday through Friday.

The Opportunities: An internship allows you an immediate opportunity to apply analytical, problem-solving, technical and communication skills contributing to the development of solutions to challenging client issues. Interns work on actual client deliverables and interesting assignments while enhancing technical skills.

The Role: The Intern will assist with various client studies, analyses, research, benefit calculations and ad-hoc projects. Specific responsibilities include (but will not be limited to) researching and gathering information; reviewing and analyzing work products including plan data; and formatting and entering data applying Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Key Requirements: The qualified candidate must be enrolled in college pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Mathematics, or related discipline; relevant computer and software skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office applications); task management skills; detail orientation and organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills; and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse audience as well as work independently with a strong work ethic.
