The career you want.


As the Systems/Web Administrator, the successful incumbent will be involved in all stages, from defining the infrastructure design to the implementation/deployment and ongoing incident management. The Web Administrator must be autonomous, responsible and dynamic, want to be part of an experienced team that is both ambitious, and passionate about technology. You will be joining a great eCommerce team and contributing to projects in the fast-paced retail industry.  


  • Responsible for setting up, configuring, supporting and managing the web platform (Hybris - Tomcat) environment to ensure system reliability, Physical and Virtual
  • Configure and tune Hybris / Tomcat domains/applications for performance, scalability and reliability, configure/tune Windows OS as required by Web Application
  • Define and Manage the Application build & deploy processes
  • Responsible for the non-production, disaster recovery and production deployment processes     
  • Coordinate web platform infrastructure changes following standardized change control process
  • Define, implement and manage middle-tier infrastructure roadmap
  • Identify performance related issues and work with various team to resolve
  • Perform on-call support of production application [oversee 3rd party who provide Tier 1]  
  • Manage incidents and its fixes
  • Apply maintenance fixes, part as preventive maintenance


Skills we’re looking for.


  • College or University diploma in related field required or eCommerce experience is required
  • 5-7 years previous experience in a related job
  • Knowledge of Windows Badge or Shell Scripting 
  • Windows user management and DNS and Active Directory 
  • Exposure to firewall and Load balancer concepts
  • Background in responsive web development using HTML /CSS, and turning a wireframe design into a well-formatted, user-friendly web page following web standards
  • Knowledge of SAP Hybris is an asset
  • Ability to work independently  and collaboratively is required
