Job Summary:

We are looking for talented, driven and passionate people who aspire to lead others in the Research & Development function at companies that are developing cloud-enabled and cloud-native SaaS offerings for mission critical applications.

About You

You graduated or will graduate with a bachelor#s degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or a related degree,with a minimum GPA of 3.0. You have at least two, relevant internships, or less than two years working experience. You are a passionate, enthusiastic individual who is ready to take on a challenge and ready to build a career in the Research & Development function.

What We Have to Offer

As one of our class of 2023, you will have regular opportunities to connect with peers from other ECLP tracks, as you participate in annual week-long leadership modules that are highly interactive and action based learning curriculum. During each module, you will receive extensive leadership training and development. The program is designed to build your knowledge of our core business systems, develop your business acumen, and create a strong foundation for your functional and leadership skills. Team members will also receive individualized feedback throughout the program, along with the mentoring support of a leader in Belden.

We offer opportunities to work in multiple locations, including Fremont, CA and Portland, OR.

Potential Rotations:

Engineering

* Learn about open-source management
* Experience secure software development and design
* Gain hands-on experience with best in class SaaS technologies

DevOps

* Develop a basic understanding of system/service monitoring as applied to Cloud-based services
* Learn about Saas Enablement Framework for cloud services
* Get experience operating in modern agile processes in support of development teams

Product Management

* Gain advanced product knowledge
* Understand project management
* Learn about portfolio management

Required Skills and Experience

* Passionate, enthusiastic individuals who are ready to take on a challenge
* Currently pursuing or received a bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related degree
* Minimum GPA of 3.0
* Demonstrate leadership aptitude with the desire to build a career in Research & Development
* At least two, relevant internships, or less than two years working experience is required
* Interest in Saas tools, knowledge of python, and basicproficiency in Github
