Our client in the Medina area is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with SAS experience. This is a 9+ month project.

The qualified candidate will have:

  • Hands-on experience with the configuration and implementation of a SAS Modeling solution/application.
  • Fundamental understanding of common Insurance processing workflows and terminology.
  • Strong demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, including developers, testers and project managers, to help both sides
  • Identify, analyze and evaluate options for implementation and system improvement.
  • Ability to utilize business requirement content to inform system design, system and/or process documentation and testing artifacts.
  • Ability to work with established software development life cycle (SDLC) standards and processes.
  • Ability to thoroughly understand, document and communicate linkages between business processes and system functionality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • As requested, research defects in existing System and elicit, document, and maintain business and/or system requirements in support of their resolution.
  • Elicit, document, and maintain business and/or system requirements for future project releases issued during the contract period.
  • This work will involve both the implementation of new system capabilities and enhancements to existing functionality.
  • Work effectively with other BSAs, as well as configuration and integration developers and testers.
  • Responsible for advising and supporting project management by contributing to planning and by coordinating the work of other BSAs on the team.
  • Proactively apply experience with SAS implementation, configuration, and integration to these

planning and coordination efforts.
