Job Description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Associate, Business Analytics to work in our Financial Planning and Analysis office in our brand new, state of the art facility in Pennsauken, NJ. WHO YOU ARE

* Knowledge of SQL, a modern visualization tool like Tableau, and statistical and quantitative methods.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Maintain and capture metadata and implement data standards for office data governance.
* Evaluate, analyze, and interpret data from a variety of data sources.
* Provide accurate and appropriate interpretation of data.
* Create visualizations to identify trends, assist in prediction, improve business processes, and support decision-making.
* Use and support database and analytical applications and tools.
* Participate in special projects.
* Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office, SQL, and Tableau.
* Contribute to new product development and improvement.
* Support the team and enterprise.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Four (4) year college degree (mathematics, statistics, economics, physical sciences, engineering, computer sciences, or other quantitative degree preferred).
* Completion of or work towards MBA or Masters in Analytics is a plus.
* At least one (1) year successful experience in a related analytical position.
* Proficient in basic and advanced PC skills required to perform job functions.
* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
* Prior health care and home care experience is a plus.
