Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide professional and personal support contributing to the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of our senior level executives. Located at the Batteries Plus Bulbs corporate office and national headquarters in Hartland, WI, the Executive Assistant will provide trustworthy and reliable administrative support for multiple executives, compose professional memos, make travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and provide helpful assistance in maintaining and prioritizing executive calendars.

As the Executive Assistant, you will have at least four or more years of experience working in a support role for executives and C-level leaders, a polished and professional demeanor, demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, possess advanced computer skills in MS Office as well as being able to adapt and learn new technology programs, and have a passion for providing executive level support within a fast-paced and growing national retailer. Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional support for multiple executives including the President, CEO, and other executive leaders
* Compose professional memos and other written communications
* Create Google Slides / PowerPoint slides presentations for executive and Board meetings
* Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements including airfare, hotels, car rental
* Coordinate visas and passports for international travel


* Prepare monthly expense reports for executives
* Maintain and assist with prioritizing executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, proactively communicate potential conflicts
* Provide office and administrative support for other departments as required
* Other support duties including mailing packages, ordering supplies
* Assist, along with other office administrative staff, in maintaining kitchen and common areas
* Coordinate meetings and events both on-site and off-site and related preparation for guests
* Use political savvy and judgement along with high ethical standards while working with highly sensitive and confidential information

Qualifications:

* 4 or more years of experience working as support for senior executives
* Polished and professional demeanor and communication both verbal and written
* Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency
* Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree
* Excellent computer skills
* Highly proficient with MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Experience with Publisher and Visio helpful
* Experience with G-Suite and Google products helpful
* Must have the ability to adapt and learn to incorporate new technology
