We're looking for a Line Leader responsible for leading the conventional and Roundup Ready line manufacturing processes to ensure products are manufactured in a safe, high quality, and efficient manner.

Your responsibilities would also include:
- Model safe behaviors and intervene when unsafe conditions are observed.
- Lead the operation of the conventional and RR coating lines.
- Responsible for ensuring each batch is manufactured, labeled and recorded as detailed in production tickets.
- Accurately follow instructions and record data on production tickets including batch sampling and other duties associated with batch formulation, such as weighing, addition, and packaging various ingredients.
- Report productivity output on batch records.
- Lead production team in proper operation and use of all related manufacturing equipment, and procedures.
- Follow ISO procedures and duties related to production.
- Continually maintain work area and facility for cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Operate forklifts certification course required.
- Comply with all Safety Regulations

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least two years of machine operation experience or equivalent in a manufacturing environment
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) knowledge desired
- Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Math skills with knowledge of weights and measures
- Positive work record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand for prolonged periods of time
