Formula for Success: You Will…

Program Summary
- 24-month program with 3 eight-month rotations in: Business, Corporate, and Site Supply Chain.
- Assignments can be located in a variety of areas throughout the U.S.
- May lead to a variety of opportunities within the Supply Chain function.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Demonstrated academic achievement (Minimum GPA 3.2).
- College Seniors (December 2017 - August 2018 grads)
- Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding work ethic.
- Agility/Leadership potential.
- Active participation in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Previous internship/co-op experience.
