Formula for Success: You Will…

Develop new parking and restoration business through an existing and potential customer base.
- Lead the development of customer relationships at all levels.
- Grow parking and restoration segment product sales through solution packages.
- Develop and maintain a high value business relationship with Engineering Firms, Specialty Waterproofing and Restoration Contractors.
- Advance relationships and effective communications with distributor partners.

Key Deliverables
- Dominant specification presence
- Number of specs generated with engineering firms - contractor-driven
- Project Tracking - Leads shared -- Projects Closed
- Sales Operating Plan development and execution
- Teamwork with Key Account Managers/Marketing/other Segment Managers

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of sales or construction-related experience; OR Associate's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience; OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and at least of 8 years of experience is required.
- Passion for technical knowledge and learning.
- Prior construction industry experience preferred.
- Outside sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent selling, presentation, leadership and communication skills. Basic financial analysis and intermediate computer skills.
- Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License.
