Equipment Service Technician - St. Louis-1702828

- This position will provide installation, maintenance and repair services for Admixture dispensing equipment.
- Responsible for ordering, installing, repairing, and maintaining dispenser equipment and all components within assigned territory account list.
- Collects, documents and returns removed equipment to rebuild center.
- Prioritizes, plans and coordinates work assignments/schedule within the territory
- Responsible for timely reporting of verbal work orders, incident reports, installation checklists, equipment ordering, and expense reports.
- Maintains vehicle, tools, and equipment inventory.
- Gathers and reports customer and competitive/market intelligence information to Sales Representatives.
- Assists in concrete testing and quality control.
- Assists the customer with setting up calibration parameters.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
- Requires 3 - 5 years of service experience.
- HS diploma required
- Technical degree could be substituted for 2 years-related experience.
- Strong electrical, mechanical, plumbing and troubleshooting diagnostic skills required.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and computer literacy are essential.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal direction.
- Must be safety conscious with a clean driving record.
- Outstanding customer service skills and sales aptitude preferred.
- ACI certification a plus.
- Valid Driver License required.
