Job Description

Seasonal Tax Accountant - Charter Trust: Charter Trust Company is seeking a positive, detail oriented Tax Accountant to join our team in Concord, NH for the upcoming tax season, starting early January through April 15th, 2018. This position performs a variety of duties related to the preparation of Trust tax returns, 1099s on agency accounts, and 1099/5498 on IRAs for our clients. This is a temporary, non-benefited position.

Knowledge, Ability, and Skills Required:

* High School diploma.
* 5 years' experience preferred.
* Preparing Federal and State fiduciary returns
* 1099 Series Information Returns - 1099-Int-Div-B preparation;
* IRA Reporting - 1099R/5498
* Review transactions for proper tax reporting
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Experience with OneSource a plus
