The individual will be a member of the Global Banking and Markets Campus Recruiting Team and will help manage the campus recruiting process and program management for the Analyst program within the Credit & Wholesale Banking Program.

* Work in conjunction with Staffing Manager, HR Managers and Business leaders to develop line of business campus recruiting and program management strategy for both Full-Time and Summer Intern programs
* Consult and coordinate with line of business throughout the recruiting season to plan a successful recruiting and early talent management strategy across businesses
* Streamline recruiting and program management efforts to support each sub line of business
* Ensure appropriate line of business participation at all campus and in-house events
* Ensure diversity is a top priority, and work with several diversity organizations, both internal and external, to ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates. Partner with Diversity team on key diversity initiatives and events
* Manage the entire Full-Time and Summer Intern interview process. This includes securing interviewers, coordinating all Super Day logistics, and facilitating debrief meetings to determine offers
* Manage Intern and / or fulltime program; work in generalist capacity with focus on employee relations, headcount planning, program components and post program placements
* Determine and implement sell strategies for candidates with offers
* Facilitate the on boarding processes in conjunction with Program Managers, Business Support Managers, and Recruiting Coordinators
* Plan and execute Summer Intern Program; work as Intern Program Manager
* Plan and attend intern & fulltime program training, events and activities where appropriate
* Identify mentors and oversee mentor program throughout the program
* Manage the summer intern & fulltime performance review process, rotation placements (if applicable) and end-of-summer offer process

Enterprise Role Overview

Non-supervisory position responsible for independently delivering campus recruiting services to support business unit staffing needs for professional, sales, management, technical positions. Create/manage school team budgets and initiatives, coordinate with LOB school team captains throughout the recruiting season, manage campus hiring targets, oversee campus interview process, and coordinate/attend campus presentations and target events. Typically has minimum of 3 years recruiting experience.

Requirements

* MUST have Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of campus/professional recruiting and / or program management / generalist experience
* Knowledge of Financial Institutions
* Flexible; team player; self-starter; self-motivated; shows initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment; thrives in fast-paced, action-oriented environment
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
* Willingness to work over-time and travel when required; Travel 50% or greater in peak seasons
* Excellent client relationship skills. Able to forge strong relationships with internal and external partners and be a visible representative of the Company in multiple forums
* Strong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and the peaks and valleys and market practices and trends
* Strong consulting, project management and process thinking abilities. Can plan, build and execute (often simultaneously); an individual that takes a broad perspective and makes connections
* Excellent interpersonal skills; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner; able to push back and influence senior executives
* Adaptable and flexible within an evolving organization
* This position will be located in New York City or Charlotte, NC
* Experience with video interviewing platforms preferred
