Municipal Credit Support Associate:

* Responsible for the end-to-end credit management process supporting PSB, partnering with Public Finance, Credit Product, and Client Management Teams. Acts as primary liaison with client, client team, and Credit Services, managing the facilitation of credit originations and renewals.
* Associate acts as a primary credit liaison between clients, client teams, and business partners through facilitating closing and renewal of commercial credit, including coordination of approvals, legal documentation, and engagement of appropriate business partners; monitoring credit compliance including resolution of documentation and collateral exceptions; timely follow-up of monitoring activities to ensure accurate assessment of operational and credit risk.
* Works directly with clients to ensure the timely collection of all required financial information; resolve documentation, collateral, past due exceptions and credit servicing problem resolution. Ensures data integrity in primary systems; GMS, AFS, ACBS, VV, GUS, etc. Deliver practical innovative resolutions to clients and business partners. Demonstrate the ability to balance portfolio management along with participation in work-groups. Successfully manages multiple priorities with minimal supervision or oversight.
* Responsibilities include managing a moderate to complex portfolio, ensuring adherence to Credit Policy, process, procedures and regulatory guidelines including GMS, Credit Risk, PMRC, etc. Demonstrates an understanding and adherence to policies, processes, guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.

* Strong Microsoft-based computer application skills (Word, Excel, etc.)

Desired Skills:

* College degree in Finance or related field
* Portfolio management, loan servicing and support experience
* Knowledge of credit from Commercial LOB
* Familiar with financial statements as it relates to the approval of commercial loans
* Familiar with interpretation of legal documentation in support of commercial loans
