Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including composing, signing and releasing routine but somewhat complex correspondence. Usually relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for department; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time. Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information. May be involved in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. Advanced administrative and analytical skills. Thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs.

Line of Business Description:

As a member of the GT&O Business Operations and Process Controls team, supports senior executive(s), handling administrative duties. Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support including composing, signing and releasing routine but somewhat complex correspondence. Relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for the executive. Reads, screens, refers and responds to incoming mail, ensuring that referrals are made, responses are gathered and summarized. Typically manages different and conflicting objectives, projects or activities at once. Coordinates schedules for enterprise executives. Communicates with executives and line management to gather/convey relevant information. Some staff at this level may have exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of Administrative or Business Support experience

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment where priorities and deadlines change rapidly

Detail oriented and ability to multi-task a must

Ability to manage calendars and phone calls

Excellent Computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Webex and Concur Experience

Strong organizational skills and proficiency in multitasking is required

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

Must have proven track record of being a proactive, independent thinker

Candidate should present skills to rapidly pick up and operate bank's internal systems used within the group, and an ability to quickly adapt to the various tasks of the position.

Professional in demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills including interacting with executive level management.

Self-starter personality with proven ability to research and resolve issues.

Desired Skills:

College education preferred but not required

Knowledge of the Bank systems and processes
