Responsibilities

The Campus Recruiting Manager leads and executes recruitment strategies and efforts for campus hiring within their assigned Business Unit or Region. The Campus Recruiting Manager ensures that all processes are conducted efficiently and economically in accordance with internal policies and standards.

* Lead practice teams in the development and execution of the college relations and recruitment strategies for multiple universities
* Build and maintain relationships with Universities; including faculty, students and school organizations
* Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting activities to hire intern, extern and full-time accountants / consultants; including on-campus presentations, career fairs, and mock interviews and resume workshops
* Responsible for conducting on-campus and phone interviews
* Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews

* Create and send offer letters as needed




* Manage candidates throughout the recruiting life-cycle and maintain records in applicant tracking / recruitment system
* Provide Oversight and Supervision to Department Staff
* Direct, evaluate and develop Sr. Recruiter, Campus Recruiter, and Campus Coordinator




* Participate in developing the Firm wide Recruiting Strategy
* Recommend internal policies, processes and procedures





Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree required
* 5-7 years of related work experience
* Minimum of two (2) years previous supervisory experience
* Previous experience recruiting in either corporate or agency recruiting
* Knowledge of human resource rules and regulations, including federal and state employment laws and personnel administration
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Ability to use critical thinking skills to resolve problems
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Ability to handle a variety of projects while meeting deadlines
* Attention to detail
* Exceptional communications skills, with emphasis on interpersonal communication and client / customer service
