Responsibilities

* Data entry into various human resources systems
* Provide various data entry and general support for human resources projects
* Maintain content on interactive intranet site - LIVE
* Utilize PowerBI to analyze HR information
* Other project work as defined by the Human Resources Talent Management team
* Assisting with questions, needs and event planning for Firm intern program
* Supporting internal committee with planning and execution of Firm events
* Scheduling and communicating orientation and onboarding tasks for new hires

Qualifications

* A High School diploma required; enrolled in an HR or Business-related Associate's or Bachelor's degree program preferred
* Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite and ability to master new computer programs quickly
* Strong attention to detail, as some of the work will be repetitious
* Professional demeanor and ability to handle matters confidentially
* Demonstrated critical thinking skills
* This position will run approximately through August
* Ability to work 35-40 hours a week
