Job Description

Bailey Routzong Capital Advisors is a growing
family-owned merger and acquisition company with 24 years of
experience and expertise representing school business and real
estate owners nationwide. Our firm has earned a reputation as
the leader in private school mergers and acquisitions in the
education industry. You will be part of a dynamic company and
successful company in a growing industry.
We are seeking a team member to assist our Client Advisory
(Sales) Department with a variety of responsibilities,
which do not include outgoing sales calls. This position
earns a base salary and immediate involvement in a unique bonus
incentive program. With each transaction closing in your
department, all of the department's team members
receive bonuses.

Salary - $60,000 base (potentially higher
for exceptionally qualified candidates)
Bonus - Based on total departmental revenue
generation and paid as transactions close-over 5 year period,
annual bonus amount should equal base salary
Other - Paid
vacation and time off, and stipend for health benefits
Responsibilities include but are not limited

Prepare business valuations from owner's financials using
proprietary processes
Assist Client Advisor in creating presentations and sales
memoranda using MS PowerPoint, WORD, and EXCEL
Review commercial real estate documents and databases
Market research, data management, and assisting advisors as
needed to facilitate transaction closings

Required Skills and Background

Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL,
and PowerPoint
Minimum Associates degree from an accredited college
(preferably in business or accounting)

Preferred Skills and Background

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in
business, accounting or finance
Basic knowledge of financial statements (Profit and Loss and
Balance Sheets)
Experience with business and/or real estate valuations and/or
commercial transactions
Experience with for-profit private school operations or
business management
Creative and professional writing skills
Use of CRM systems
