Job Description

ADP is hiring a Learning Resource Analyst. This position is responsible for the analysis, scheduling, and tracking of all Client or Associate Learning Services resources. This includes: class schedules, classroom availability, training materials, equipment inventory, and trainer assignments--and managing them on the Learning Management System (LMS). Improve efficiency across the organization by analyzing current processes and developing new processes around planning, scheduling, tracking and evaluating associate training efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for understanding the various training deliverables and multi product training options needed by Major Accounts Clients and associates. Analyze the on-going training needs across a Learning Services area or across the service and implementation communities. Effectively manage class offerings, facilities, trainers, equipment and other resources to meet the needs.
* Schedules classes and creates national training calendars across Major Accounts training sites by using a series of data sources to forecast client starts and service and implementation new hires. Ensures that learning needs of existing populations are met by analyzing history and seasonal factors to provide an appropriate utilization of resources.
* Collaborates with business partners to load balance resources and provide back up as needed.
* Communicates with Learning Services Managers daily to determine day to day changes and provide resolutions to daily situations that may occur.
* Directs and monitors the Resource and Training Coordinators to ensure schedules are up-to-date in the LMS system and aligned with the daily needs of the business.
* Compiles data for management and provides daily and monthly reporting on utilization percentages, and productivity for all resources which support the Learning Services function.
* Collaborates with L&P Delivery leaders to identify and manage resources needed for dedicated onsite and campus-based deliverables or off-site seminars, which may include coordination with outside hotels and vendors.
* Uses appropriate judgment to provide training resources for special needs requested from Business Partners.
* Interacts with all levels of regional associates.
* Analyzes and makes recommendations to L&P Delivery leaders regarding development of Learning Specialist's to support changing business needs and course deliverables. This includes but is not limited to impacts from new or updated product releases, organizational staffing changes, and other shifts in the demand due to changes in the overall business environment.
* Works with L&P Managers and Leads to create Learning Specialist certification training plans and schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* College degree preferred or equivalent in education and experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

* Resource management, projections and forecasting.
* Understanding of ADP Learning Services is preferred.
* Must be able to:
* Analyze needs correctly, based on multiple sources of data
* Manage changing priorities
* Communicate effectively with other Client and Associate Learning Services Management, and other Functional Leadership.
* Complete projections and schedules with tight deadlines and recognize and respond to urgent requests.
* Provide guidance, recognition, and daily direction to associates
* Conduct Interviews utilizing ADP guidelines
* Ability to utilize ADP tools
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Excellent analytical and projection skills.
* Ability to handle peak workloads necessary.
* A proven proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel is essential.
