Position Overview

As a Campaign Manager for the Americas Territory Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that drive demand and keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel. You will have full ownership of all marketing channels that impact sales pipeline for campaigns and initiatives with an emphasis on specific industry segments. You will work within Global Demand Generation and in collaboration with other functional groups to prioritize effort and marketing spend to deliver business impact. You should have proven success running data-driven marketing programs that deliver business results; and a track record of collaboration to execute programs that achieve business objectives.

This position reports to the Campaign Management Team Lead, Americas Territory Marketing, Demand Generation


* Deploy and adapt global marketing campaigns to the Americas markets to balance both inbound content marketing and outbound targeted marketing

* Manage budget to meet deadlines and maximize ROAS

* Ensure continuous testing, piloting, and optimization of marketing tactics and content through data-driven analysis

* Manage lead qualification process and maximize lead-to-opportunity conversions by our Inside Sales team

* Partner with Americas Sales teams to communicate campaign plans and ensure business alignment

* Develop monthly and quarterly reports on performance for key stakeholders and management team

* Pursue opportunities to share learnings with, and adopt best practices from, other campaign managers

* Provide actionable guidance for Autodesk partners to enable them to amplify our industry and persona-specific messaging and campaigns

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree (Business, Economics, Finance or a related field)

* Proven track record and 5 years of experience in demand generation marketing or equivalent

* Love for data-driven decision making and campaign optimization

* Strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and willingness to roll up your sleeves

* Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to connecting with stakeholders to gain an understanding of their needs and translate those into action plans

* Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills

* Able to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

* Demonstrated understanding and capability to leverage analytics tools to drive actionable insights

* Experience working with Salesforce.com, Marketo or other leading CRM and marketing automation tools

* Self-starter who can take a big idea or a complex problem, mine data to create insights and establish a point-of-view

* Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
