Following on from the success of our UK, Austin and German offices we have recently started our newest adventure and expanded into DENVER. We're now looking for ambitious and driven sales people to join us on this new journey as specialist Business Development Recruitment Consultants.

What's the role?

  • Building your own business empire of clients (businesses) and candidates (job seekers) within your niche market

  • Meeting with the top tech companies in Denver, gaining an understanding of their hiring needs and developing strong relationships

  • Providing a consultative service and aiming to be the "go - to" recruiter within your sector

  • Managing the whole recruitment process on behalf of your clients; scheduling interviews, negotiating offers etc.
